James G. Yastion (J.D. St. Johns University School of Law, 2001, B.A. in Classics, Fordham University, 1998) concentrates his practice in civil litigation and estates. Mr. Yastion has experience handling litigation matters in the areas of general civil law, contested estates, will contests, contested guardianships, and personal injury. He also has experience in estate planning and estate administration. He has written numerous articles in leading journals including the New York State Bar Journal and Westchester Bar Journal and has been a contributing author of continuing legal education course materials. He has received honors for his scholarship including: Deans List, CALI Excellence Award for Achievement, and Moot Court Best Brief Award. Mr. Yastion is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estate's Section).
